Welcome to Grand Home LLC – a U.S.-based company providing digital services to businesses worldwide, including:
1. Professional website design
2. Landing pages
3. Interactive funnels
4. Ongoing website management via monthly subscription

1. Types of Services

A. Full Website Delivery
We build and deliver websites to clients who request full control and ownership.
Once the site is delivered and full payment is received, the client assumes complete responsibility.
Grand Home LLC bears no further obligation for support, maintenance, or updates.
B. Managed Website Subscription
Clients can opt for our fully managed service, where we:
Purchase the domain if needed
Host the website under our business accounts
Apply up to two changes per month
Send two monthly performance reports
Provide technical support as part of the plan
In this model, the client does not receive full access to the backend. They may publish and promote the site but not control its internal settings.

2. Payments

1. Full payment is required upfront for site creation.
2. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically.
3. All invoices are sent electronically via secure payment gateways.

3. Revisions and Support

1. Managed clients are entitled to 2 revisions/month and 2 performance reports.
2. Additional services are billed separately.
3. One-time site purchases do not include post-delivery support unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

1. Fully paid websites become the property of the client.
2. Managed websites remain the technical property of Grand Home LLC; clients receive usage rights only.

5. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the following cases:
1. Illegal or abusive usage
2. False or misleading information
3. Non-payment of site fees or subscription dues.

6. Disclaimer

We are not liable for any issues caused by third-party interventions after site delivery.

Refund Policy – Grand Home LLC

At Grand Home LLC, we are committed to client satisfaction and transparency. The following refund policy outlines our terms:

1. Refund Before Work Begins

1. Clients are entitled to a 100% refund if no work has started.
2. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Refund After Design Preview Sent

1. Once a design sample or preview has been shared with the client, only 50% of the total amount is refundable.
2. This is to account for the work and time already invested.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued in the following cases:
1. Full site has been delivered.
2. A monthly management plan has been used (revisions, reports, or support delivered).
3. Client delays or fails to provide required data within 14 days of payment.
4. Client requests major changes beyond the original agreement.

4. Refund Process

1. All refunds are processed via the same payment gateway used.
2. No cash or alternative method refunds are accepted.
3. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse or suspected fraud.
